The patient is guided to an onboarding form where they can enrol into medication reminder programme.

The patient will receive an SMS immediately confirming their registration.

The patient’s information is immediately added to the CRM, where all additional customer and status information is stored

The patient is enrolled into the programme or any customisable workflow. In the suggested route the patient is contacted:

  • 14 days before that their upcoming medication date is due giving them enough time get any medication if needed and prepare fully for the dose.

  • 7 days before that their upcoming medication date is due.

  • 1 day before that their upcoming medication date is due.

  • All forms are white-labelled and can be customised to any branding.

    The forms are designed as iFrames that can be embedded to any landing page or email.

    Additional data fields can be added or removed.

  • The Patient’s consent type and reason is automatically saved within the CRM.

    The Patient and Compliance Partner are able to unsubscribe from email and/or whatsapp notifications directly from any of the messages.

    The data is stored in EU servers
